Why we collect study context
At registration we ask how long you have been preparing, where you study, weekly hours, and your main goal. We use this only to tailor honest, exam-aligned coaching text in Level Check and Writing feedback — not to change automated Listening/Reading scores or writing band estimates.
Age and city
Age helps us frame advice appropriately for younger learners vs adults. City or region helps us understand local study culture and timing (e.g. school vs independent prep). We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Your control
You can update study context from your dashboard while signed in. For other privacy requests, contact us using the email on the home page.
